French Champagne producer Veuve Clicquot-Ponsardin has collaborated with packaging design agency QSLD Paris for its latest offering.
The new box has been made to resemble a fridge and is appropriately called The Veuve Clicquot Fridge.
Commenting on the new creation, which is part of the new range of collectible cool boxes being offered by Veuve, QSLD creative director Denis Boudard said that he wanted to create something that made it obvious that it functioned as a cooler.
This design follows from another recent offering from the Champagne producer in which to keep its Rose chilled.
The Veuve Clicquot Sakura Collection box features a pink floral design, which has been designed by L'Atelier.
Veuve also commissioned packaging firms to create an eco-friendly design, which manifested itself in the new Design Box, which highlights the firm's commitment to ecological standards that saw it take its first carbon audit in 2002.
