A new interactive tool has been released for wine pairing, with European Union finance being made available to promote Burgundy Wines, Parma Ham, Douro Wines, Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese and Port.
Italy, France and Portugal have also offered funding for the 'Discover the Origin' (DTO) campaign, which unites a delicious fusion of fine wine and European foods. Each of the products being promoted have a world-renowned mark of excellence, with our much loved Burgundy wines leading the way on the wine front.
Each of the foods and wines promoted by the campaign have been created using techniques developed by families and shared for generations, using high-quality ingredients, specific geological conditions and traditional methods of production.
