Haut-Brion marks 75th anniversary with series of dinners
Premium Bordeaux vintner Haut-Brion has marked the 75th year since its acquisition by Clarence Dillon with a lavish dinner at the Foreign Office's Lancaster House.
Hosted by Prince Robert of Luxembourg, current president of Domaines Clarence Dillon, the event also attracted renowned vintner Jean-Philippe-Delmas and around 75 leading figures from the worlds of art, fashion and finance, decanter.com reports.
Accompanying a menu designed by The Square's chef Philip Howard, Haut-Brion celebrated by serving a range of its greatest vintages from the past half-century, including 1961, 1966, 1989 and 2000.
It was the second in a Haut-Brion series of eight anniversary dinners, which began in Paris and will also be taking place in New York, Moscow, Los Angeles, Tokyo and other major metropolises.
Domaine Clarence Dillon, which owns Haut-Brion, recently launched three new websites developed in partnership with Reflex Paris, which has in the past worked with Moet & Chandon, Chaumet and Hotel Le Crillon.
