Fans of New Zealand wine will get the chance to taste a selection of Cloudy Bay when the producer brings a pop-up bar to Parsons Green in London on July 30th and 31st.
Together with Michelin-starred chef Skye Gyngell, the temporary venue will serve a special menu designed to be paired with the legendary New Zealand winemaker's produce, the Drinks Business reports.
The five-dish menu includes sea trout, creme fraiche and bruschetta paired with Cloudy Bay Te Koko, as well as veal and black olives with Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir.
A picnic area complete with a jazz trio will also be available for those who want to bring their own food.
Recently, Cloudy Bay organised the Define Your Vintage event at Starkwhite Gallery in its native New Zealand, where estate director Ian Morden joined jazz musician Nathan Haines and fashion designer Dan Gosling to talk about wine and art.
