Cloudy Bay, the producer of one of New Zealand's most prestigious wines, is spearheading a celebration of food and drink in the country next week.
The Starkwhite gallery space in Auckland will bring together three local artists of different stripes - fashion designer Dan Gosling, jazz musician Nathan Haines and Cloudy Bay's own estate director Ian Morden, the New Zealand Herald reports.
Alongside a tasting exhibition including the chance to sample a variety of Cloudy Bay wines, the three men will talk about their own "defining vintages", or the years that shaped their lives.
Mr Morden's own was 1996, the year in which he helped launch the groundbreaking Te Koko sauvignon blanc.
"Its creation and launch showed a self-confidence in where we had arrived at - that we could invert the paradigm of making sauvignon blanc in the New World, successfully," he told the newspaper.
Moet Hennessy recently launched its Ultimate Collection Box, which included Cloudy Bay's Te Koko alongside Cheval des Andes and Cape Mantelle Cabernet Sauvignon.
