More prices for 2010 Bordeaux have been released with some chateaux holding their 2009 values and others raising them.
Medoc estates Chateau Clauzet and Chateau Angludet have both raised their prices slightly, Decanter notes, with the former increasing by 4.12 per cent to €10.60 (£9.29) per bottle, the latter by 19 per cent per cent to €17 (£14.90).
Chateau Sigalas Rabaud and Chateau d'Agassac have both maintained their values from the 2009 vintage, with the 2010s priced at €30 (£26.29) and €10.60 (£9.28) respectively.
Commenting, Dan Snook, general manager of the United States for Joanne wine merchants in Bordeaux, told Decanter: "Put relatively muted [Robert] Parker scores against exchange rates, and continuing economic uncertainty, and chateaux will need to be prudent."
This follows news that some experts are suggesting the price of 2010 Bordeaux may be forced down, as buyers may be unwilling to pay high prices for another vintage after the successful 2009 range.
